The Drinking Parrot identity was created for a new business selling vintage barware. The owner came to me with the concept of a parrot drinking a martini. I did several concept sketches, illustrating various ways we could show the parrot drinking or alongside a martini.  Due to the nature of the business, we wanted the logo to feel vintage but still have a clean, modern look. This was accomplished by using a retro inspired color palette and font, alongside a minimal, geometric illustration.
